Dr. Elaine Tickle studied at the University of Liverpool, qualifying as a doctor in 1996. She then served as a Medical Officer in the Royal Navy before completing general practice training in beautiful North West Wales. As well as general practice, her training concentrated on care of the elderly, trauma, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.
She attained membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2002 and then moved to Bristol working as an NHS general practitioner. During this time Dr. Tickle specialised in stress-related illnesses and sexual health medicine, completing the Diploma in Family Planning and running several community sexual health clinics.
Having moved to London to work in the independent sector in April 2007, Dr. Tickle established a full time private practice in early 2009. She has a particular interest in practising patient-centred holistic medicine with an overview of patients’ physical, psychological and emotional needs governing my approach to each individual. Dr. Tickle is committed to staying fully up to date with the latest advances in medical care as well as providing health and lifestyle screening and preventive strategies wherever possible.
