I’m a qualified integrative psychotherapist. Having trained at CCPE, Europe’s largest centre for Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and undertaken placements at Help Counselling Centre and the Royal Free Hospital alongside, today I have 1000+ hours of clinical experience. I run a busy part time private practice in addition to my day job as an Executive Director for a global blue chip brand.

An integrative approach means I am trained in many different psychotherapeutic schools and will flex my approach to meet the needs of each client. I work quite creatively, and in addition to straightforward ‘talking therapy’ we may work with your dreams, through creative expression such as art, or exploring your internal landscape through meditation and visualisation techniques. A combination of these techniques is usually used in the work to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

In my practice I deal with a very broad range of issues, commonly working with things like anxiety, insomnia, depression, disorders relating to weight, addiction issues, lack of self-worth, relationship concerns such as break-ups or intimacy issues, a sense of feeling ‘different’ or not belonging, bereavement and childhood trauma.

In the corporate space a deep interest and passion for relational dynamics between groups extends to helping teams develop and operate more cohesively through 1:1 work, as well as workshops and exercises for the whole team.
